Scott Foley, purveyor of dust
Nothing better than new music. You'll find it all just by clicking on A Routes & Branches Guide To Feeding Your Monster, our perpetual release calendar. Since our last post, Tampa's Have Gun Will Travel have announced their plan to release a pair of EPs in the coming months. September 30 we'll have access to Silver Sounds, with Voyager Golden arriving in the New Year. As I write this, Tyler Childers sits atop the iTunes advance albums chart with Can I Take My Hounds To Heaven (Hickman Holler). Due September 30, the ambitious project presents the soaring star's songs in arrangements of varying band support (mark our words that this will win ALL THE AWARDS next year). Following the release of a few strong singles, Alela Diane has set a date for her next full-length. Looking Glass will land on shelves on October 14 (Soundly). Another of country music's rising artists, Gabe Lee is poised for a step towards the spotlight. Torrez Music Group will be launching The Hometown Kid come October 28. Finally, Martha Scanlan and Jon Neufeld released their first collaborative singles about this time last year. The duo follow with their debut LP, Last Stars First Light, expected November 4 courtesy of Jealous Butcher.
