This week, we've added something new from John Calvin Abney. The songwriter has announced Shortwaving, his first self-released EP in some time (Dec 6). Echolalia is an outfit featuring Andrew Combs, Spencer Cullum, and several other Nashville luminaries. Expect their self-titled debut on February 28, via the Full Time Hobby label. Celebrated vocalist Mike Farris has set March 7 as the street date for his next project. Backed by the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, The Sound Of Muscle Shoals marks his first release since 2018 (Compass). We're also celebrating the return of Jason Boland & the Stragglers. They've announced The Last Kings Of Babylon, due on March 14 (Proud Souls). Finally, we're looking forward to a new live set from Joe Pug. Expect Live At the Old Town School Of Folk Music, recorded live at Chicago's Old Town School Of Folk Music, on April 18.
